Outcome: Turns Claude Cowork from a simple chat tool into a connected daily work hub: it remembers working preferences, creates reusable skills, reviews work from multiple perspectives, and prepares a daily plan from email, Slack, and calendar context.

Personal Productivity

Built a custom AI-powered Slack dashboard that turns 150+ daily notifications into a focused Kanban-style inbox organized by urgency: Action Required, Need to Read, and FYI.

Outcome: Reduces Slack overwhelm by separating real work from noise. Instead of manually scanning a wall of notifications, Yash can focus on the 30–40 messages that actually need attention and archive low-priority updates in bulk.

Prototyping & Design

Uses Cursor as a creative partner for design exploration: generating visual styles, building interactive prototypes like a working piano with sound, and refining rough AI-generated interfaces into more polished designs.

Outcome: Gives designers a faster way to explore aesthetics, prototype real interactions, and practice giving better feedback to AI. Instead of stopping at static mockups, Elizabeth uses code-based tools to create things people can click, hear, test, and iterate on.

Coding & EngineeringBusiness Operations

Uses Notion AI, Codex, GitHub, Slack, Honeycomb, and Whisper to make engineering work more structured: preparing standups, turning specs/comments into PRs, and giving engineers better context before they start building.
